I was born in Ruston, Louisiana before moving to Mandeville, Louisiana in 2005, one month before Hurricane Katrina, one of the most devastating natural disasters in U.S. history. My family’s experience with criminal law issues was the motivation for my becoming an attorney. I have personal experience with the kind of effects legal matters can have on a family unit both physically and emotionally.
I graduated from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Finance in 2014. I decided I wanted a change of scenery in 2016 when I decided to enroll at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. My wife and I love living in central Arkansas and have put down roots here.
While in law school, I had the opportunity of being exposed to a multitude of legal areas. It took me some time to realize that my passion was not in Finance and Accounting, my first career, but that it resided in the legal world.
My practice covers a number of areas, but my focus is on Estate Planning, Probate, Business and General Litigation, Business Transactions, and Bankruptcy.
